  • Prepaid or confirmed orders cannot be canceled once they are processed for packaging.

  • Standard delivery time is 2–5 business days, depending on your location.

  • Delivery charges vary based on courier service and location.

  • A confirmation call or SMS may be required before dispatching your order.

4. Payment Policy

  • We currently accept:

    • Cash on Delivery (COD)

    • Mobile Banking (bKash/Nagad/Rocket) — if applicable

  • For prepaid orders, customers must send a payment screenshot for verification.
